Finger Lakes Therapy Works has Ongoing Service Coordinators (OSCs) who use their knowledge, access to community resources and service delivery systems to advocate for children in the Early Intervention Program. All of our Service Coordinators have earned a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service related field. Our Ongoing Service Coordinators are talented and committed to helping the children and families in our community navigate through the Early Intervention Program.

Service Coordination addresses:

  • Facilitation and implementation of the IFSP
  • Parent communication to ensure services are delivered appropriately
  • Ongoing communication with the therapists and families for service provision
  • Review parent’s rights and responsibilities
  • Transition services
